It sure was an adventure bushwhacking up through all the toitoi and flax bushes to the top of Kariotahi’s cliffs… in jandals! Once we got to the top it was totally worth every part of the climb. Having already known James from high school and Josie being so bubbly made it so easy to kick things off. The beautiful heart to heart connection between these two was so evident. This made photographing their relationship effortless. In fact at times it was a challenge to even get their attention, as they were sooo lost in each other! Earlier on this summer I had the pleasure of photographing Jack and Nicola’s wedding and what a beautiful day it was to remember. The day was filled with so many special heart-felt moments as these two tied the knot. The wedding celebrations took place in my hometown of Pukekohe and finished up with the reception at Carringrtons in Mt Albert. I hope you enjoy looking through their wedding story as I sure enjoyed capturing it all. To View More >>

Joy, freedom and laughter were the words Yonita used when asked to describe what her wedding would be like. The day surely lived up to what was anticipated. Kwadwo and Yonita married on the coast over looking Scandretts Bay. The day played out with an early ceremony followed by a picnic reception lunch, a true summer styled wedding. Everyone spent the hot summers afternoon dancing away on the hilltop. Wow! I can defiantly now say Africans sure know how to have a good dance party! After followed a golden-hour photo session with the wedding party- a photographers dream time to capture. All the best To View More >>
